Welded Pipes
Stainless Welded Pipes; It is obtained by longitudinal welding by rounding the cut steel plate by cold forming method. Also known as Welded Pipe.
Stainless Welded Pipes are produced according to the intended use of the pipe, and if they are to be used for decoration purposes, high frequency welding (HF Welding) is produced in accordance with EN 10296-2 standard.
If Stainless Welded Pipes are to be used in industrial installations and pressurized fluid lines, TIG Welding or Laser Welding is produced in EN 10217-7 standard.
Sanitary Welded Pipes
Hygienic Welded Pipes are a special type of stainless steel pipes used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. These pipes are essential for the safety of materials used in food and pharmaceutical production.
Sanitary welded pipes are different from specially designed seamless pipes. In welded pipes, there is a seam between the parts of the pipe that are joined during production. This seam can cause a buildup of dirt and bacteria during the manufacturing process.
Hygienic welded pipes are more hygienic than welded pipes. In these pipes, joining is done during production instead of sewing. In this way, the accumulation of dirt, bacteria and other microorganisms in the pipe is prevented and the hygienic and safe production of products is ensured.
Hygienic welded pipes are also easier to clean and less affected by the chemicals used in the production process. Therefore, a large part of the pipes used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries consists of hygienic welded pipes.
Industrial Welded Pipes
Industrial welded pipes are pipes designed and produced for industrial applications. These pipes are generally large diameter pipes and are produced to operate under high pressure or vacuum. Industrial welded pipes are used in many industries, such as the oil and gas industry, the chemical industry, the power industry, and water treatment plants.
Industrial welded pipes are designed to provide high durability and impermeability, especially at the junction points of the pipes. The joints of these pipes are usually welded or welded. These joining methods allow pipes to operate under high pressure or vacuum.
Industrial welded pipes are usually produced from steel. These pipes have various sizes and thicknesses and can be produced in different shapes according to the need. Industrial welded pipes are used especially in large diameter pipes and can be specially designed according to the shape or length of the pipe.
Industrial welded pipes can also be coated with various coatings. These coatings can increase the corrosion resistance of pipes and extend their life. Industrial welded pipes are generally high cost and require special production, and it is recommended to be installed by a professional team.
