ISTE-1 – Multi-Pipe Single Pass Industrial Tube Heat Exchangers
Industrial Tubular heat exchangers are the most used in all industrial plants for the transfer of thermal energy between different fluids.
The simplest and least expensive type has fixed plates welded to the casing of said shell.u
Corrugated tubes (with a greater heat exchange coefficient) can be expanded and welded to the plate. An expansion joint is installed to compensate for expansions caused by thermal stresses.
It is designed and installed according to the careful study of operating conditions to improve performance.
ISTE-2 – Multi-Pipe Multi-Pass Tube Heat Exchanger
Industrial Tube heat exchangers are the most used in all industrial plants for the transfer of thermal energy between different fluids.
For these applications, the use of multi-tube multi-pass tube heat exchangers is appropriate. The simplest and least expensive type has fixed plates welded to the casing of said shell.
Corrugated tubes (with a greater heat exchange coefficient) can be expanded and attached to the plate
can be done. If necessary, an expansion joint is installed to compensate for expansions due to thermal stresses. This type of heat exchanger is particularly suitable for installations in tight spaces. It is designed and installed according to the careful study of operating conditions to improve performance.
ISTE-3 – Removable U-Pack
This type of heat exchangers are generally; It is applicable for applications of industrial fluids such as water, oil, steam or process fluids.
In these applications, it is possible to choose the detachable U-bundle type or the detachable straight-bundle type. This particular type of construction allows the tubes to expand freely relative to the shell, making these heat exchangers particularly suitable for use in harsh conditions where there are high temperature differences between the two fluids.
However, the use of these heat exchangers is limited to applications where the fluid circulating in the tubes is not very polluted.
ISTE-4 – Electric Heat Exchanger
This type of heat exchanger makes thermal exchange possible by using electrical heating elements in direct contact with the fluid to be heated. They are therefore a viable alternative to more conventional liquid/liquid exchangers.
Thanks to its construction features, it is possible to make heat exchangers with very compact dimensions and to control the heat exchange extremely precisely.
A careful analysis of operating conditions enables precise sizing of specific forces.
