Multi-pipe single pass pharmaceutical tubular heat exchanger is made by straight seamless tube. Pipes are attached to the tube plates for greater flexibility. The preferred choice can be installed for demanding conditions, often without an expansion joint.
Hygienic double tube heat exchangers are made to prevent contamination between primary fluid and secondary fluid (FDA Standard). They can be produced as vertical or horizontal mounting for heating, cooling or a combination of two variable phases. The outer cover of the thermal insulation with external insulation is completely closed and polished AISI304 stainless steel.

- Material in AISI 316L stainless steel (in contact with the process).
- Internal surfaces roughness RA<0.3 pickled and passivated, (optional electropolished).
- TIG welding in an inert gas atmosphere.
- Thermal insulation in AISI 304 stainless steel plate with polished finish.
- Support in 304 stainless steel.
