Unloading Barrel System is a hygienic product . it is used especially for products with high viscosity such as skin care cream. The system is based on volumetric transport with a positive displacement pump that creates vacuum under the follower plate, thus causing vacuum inside the barrel so that the pump can have continuous suction. In this way, the system successfully discharges the material in the barrel with less than 1% product remaining .
