ZP Series Ampco Rotary Piston Pumps Application

Ampco’s ZP Series of state-of-the-art, 3A/ EHEDG Certified positive displacement pumps are the perfect solution for high and low viscosity applications.

With gasket modifications such as PTFE double lip gaskets, the ZP1 is dedicated to the most demanding applications such as Chocolate Applications and Dyeing Process processing. The ZP1 is well suited for sanitary, industrial and chemical applications and is often used in the oil, gas and hydraulic fracturing industries.

Versatile enough to suit the most demanding hygienic or industrial application, ZP series Pumps offer more than 50 ZP models, with more than a dozen utility models featuring aseptic designs and rectangular flange configurations.

Ampco sets a new standard for the sanitary pump market. Parts of ZP1 and ZP2 are interchangeable with competitor pumps. The Ampco ZP3 is a real innovation and offers preload seals for easy maintenance. The patented ZP3 offers a gasket design that eliminates all dead zones and is fully CIPable without modification.
