The Scanjet tank cleaning machine is self-powered with the fluid flow through the machine’s inlet cone. An increase in pressure and flow will accordingly increase the length of the jet and its effect on the tank or vessel surfaces. Scanjet uses proprietary self-wash features that allow it to be completely coated and validated in rinse validation protocols such as riboflavin rinse verification and yogurt wash trials.
Typically used in CO2 removal and repressurization from fermentation vessels, upgrading of existing tanks where efficient cleaning is now required, CO2 removal during fermentation depending on peak flow rate.
