In cases liquid sugar is insufficient, liquid sugar is obtained by mixing granular sugar and water. The easiest method for this job is to use a table blender. All surfaces in contact with the product are made of A316 stainless steel. Granular sugar poured from the funnel meets the water at the pump inlet. The first mixture formed here then leaves the pump and enters the inline mixer . it is providing a homogeneous mixture.
