Wine Process; Our large-chamber, double-rotor and portable mono pumps are used at the beginning of wine producing when the grape is taken to the factory. Thanks to these pumps, grapes that come to the factory, are easily taken to the production area with a trailer. The fermentation process of wine is a biological process. Fermentation is the process of turning the natural grape sugar in the environment into ethyl alcohol and carbon dioxide by activating the yeast added to grape must. Fermentation begins with the onset of CO2 bubbles in the must. It needs to be circulated through the pump to make the mixture consistent. The product absorbed by the pump is sprayed on the tank and evenly distributed on the surface. The process is completed with our helical propeller pumps specially designed for this circulation. Our certified aseptic sampling valves and bags, in hygienic sampling; they provide great convenience. We have 200rpm -1000rpm-1500rpm mixers for wine stock tanks. With our stainless body plate heat exchangers, wine heating and cooling processes can be performed hygienically.
