A mixed blast furnace gas is obtained by heating the coke oven gas coming from the coke oven gas pipe and the blast furnace gas coming from the blast furnace gas pipe at the inlet of the plate heat exchanger. Later, high mixture gas is passed through the coke oven gas line and blast furnace gas is passed through the blast furnace gas line, combined with air and the combustion process is performed.
Plate Heat Exchangers
In the process of mixing blast furnace gas, the heat exchanger combines the blast furnace gas with the coke gas coming from the blast furnace gas pipe at the heater inlet. Industrial heat exchangers, mixers and agitators play a crucial role in this process by facilitating the mixing of these gases, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.
