Hair Gel Process

We provide an ideal transfer for products with high viscosity such as Hair Gel Process without both tiring the product and disruption the structure with our positive displacement Mono, Lobe and Twin Screw pumps. In addition It also provides great convenience in the production of a homogeneous shampoo with our inline, vertical and multitooth mixers. Unloading Barrel System is a hygienic product . it is used especially for products with high viscosity such as shampoo. The system is based on volumetric transport with a positive displacement pump that creates vacuum under the follower plate, thus causing vacuum inside the barrel so that the pump can have continuous suction. In this way, the system successfully discharges the material in the barrel with less than 1% product remaining.
